ABOUT US


Build Easy started as a small family business in 2018, focusing mainly on residential new builds and renovations. 


As the demand for trades and building work has increased, we have steadily grown our trade network to accommodate this, expanding our services to include insurance repairs, restoration, make safes, maintenance, and strip-outs. 


To assist with our increasing workload, we heavily rely on our team of supervisors, admin staff and trades, all of whom are essential in ensuring work is performed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have plans for a new build from another building company. Can you build it for us?

    If the building company owns the rights to the plans, legally, we cannot build it in our company's name. However, we can adjust the plans enough to take over. As long as the new plans are no more than 60% of the original plans, we can take on the project. We work closely with a draftsman who can help keep your favourite parts and edit the rest to your liking. 


  • I’m having insurance repairs done. Can you renovate at the same time?

    If the renovations are directly linked to the insurance claim, authorisation is needed from your insurance company prior to the repairs commencing. If they are in a different part of your home, we would be happy to provide a quote and do them all at the same time. 


  • Our insurance is advising us to cash settle. Can you perform the work?

    In some cases, if the insurance company feels they can’t warrant the repairs, they may suggest a cash settlement. This is usually down to existing issues or compliance restrictions. In this case, we are happy to provide a quote. 


  • What areas do you service?

    Our standard service areas are Brisbane, Redlands, Gold Coast and Northern NSW (and the surrounding areas). However, with insurance repairs, we have serviced Cairns, Townsville, Roma, Rockhampton, Hervey Bay and Toowoomba.
